| Replicating the sword worn by George Washington
after resigning his commission in 1783 and during his inauguration in 1789,
this dress sword embodies the simplicity and nobility of the man who wore
it. The silver plated hilt emphasizes the sword's elegance, while the hollowed
triangular-section 30" blade defines its capability. A handsome silver-mounted
black scabbard completes the ensemble.
